Oynaa — Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 11, 2025

This Privacy Policy applies to the Oynaa mobile application (the “Application”) developed and provided by One System (the “Service Provider”). The Application is provided free of charge and is offered “AS IS”.

1. Information We Collect

The Application collects only the information that is necessary for its core functionality and only when you provide it or explicitly grant permission. We do not collect or store unnecessary technical data. Specifically, we collect:

  • Name (if you provide it)

  • Phone number — used to send OTP codes for account registration and verification

  • Location coordinates provided by field owners when they pin their sports field on the map (only with explicit permission)

  • Payment-related data processed by third-party payment providers (the Application itself does not store full payment card details)

  • Push notification identifiers required to send notifications (for booking updates, news, etc.)

Important: The Application does not collect or store your IP address, in-app page view history, device model, operating system, or app version. Those items are not collected.

2. Permissions and Their Purpose

The Application requests the following Android permissions and uses them only for the stated purposes:

  • INTERNET — to communicate with servers for authentication, booking, and payment processing.

  • WAKE_LOCK — to prevent the device from sleeping during critical operations (for example, payments or OTP verification).

  • VIBRATE — to provide vibration feedback for OTPs, booking confirmations, and important alerts.

  • POST_NOTIFICATIONS — to deliver push notifications about bookings, updates, and news.

  • ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION — to allow field owners to precisely mark their sports field location on the map (requested only during the field creation flow).

  • ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION — to help users discover nearby sports fields (requested only when necessary).

All runtime permission requests are shown to the user and can be revoked anytime via device settings.

3. Third-Party Services

Oynaa uses trusted third-party services to operate core features. These providers may process certain user data as necessary to provide their services:

  • Click, Payme, Uzum — payment processors used to complete payments. The Application does not retain full payment card information; payment details are handled securely by the payment providers.

  • Firebase Cloud Messaging (or equivalent) — to send push notifications.

We only share the minimum required information with third parties to enable their services. Third-party providers are responsible for their own privacy practices; please consult their privacy policies for details.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may share your personal data only in limited circumstances:

  • To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests by public authorities.

  • To protect the rights, property, or safety of One System, our users, or others.

  • With service providers who perform services on our behalf (e.g., payment gateways, OTP/SMS providers, push notification services).

We will not sell your personal data or share it for advertising purposes.

5. Opt-Out and Account Deletion

You can stop data collection by uninstalling the Application via your device’s standard uninstall process. You may also disable location or notification permissions in your device settings.

We will process deletion requests and confirm when your data has been removed.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter to meet legal and operational needs. When you request deletion, we will remove personal data from our systems in accordance with applicable law and inform you once deletion is complete.

7. Children’s Privacy

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has provided personal data should contact us at davlatsalimov936@gmail.com.

8. Security

We use reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available within the Application and on any linked policy webpage. Continued use of the Application signifies your acceptance of any changes.
