This Privacy Policy applies to the Avtotest UZ mobile application (the “Application”), developed and provided by Davlat Salimov (the “Service Provider”).
The Application is provided as a free service. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, how it may be shared, how long it may be retained, and how users can request deletion of their information.
By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
The Application may collect information that you provide directly and information that is automatically processed when you use the Application.
Account Information
When you create or access an account, the Application may collect:
Email address;
Firebase Authentication account identifier;
Information associated with your Google account when you sign in using Google Sign-In.
The Application uses this information to create and manage your account and provide authentication services.
Test and Application Data
When you use the Application's testing features, information related to your activity may be stored through Firebase services, including:
Test results;
Test progress and statistics;
Information necessary to maintain your application profile and testing history.
This information is used to provide the Application's core functionality and allow you to access your testing history and progress.
Device and Technical Information
Certain technical information may be processed automatically when you use the Application, including:
Device type and model;
Operating system and version;
Application version;
IP address and network-related information;
Technical information required for Firebase services;
Information necessary to diagnose and maintain the Application.
The Application does not intentionally collect precise GPS location information.
2. Firebase Services
The Application uses Firebase services provided by Google to support authentication, data storage, and push notifications.
The Firebase services currently used by the Application include:
Firebase Authentication
Firebase Authentication is used to securely create and manage user accounts and authenticate users, including authentication through Google Sign-In.
Cloud Firestore
Cloud Firestore is used to store application data associated with your account, including test results, progress, statistics, and other information necessary to provide the Application's functionality.
Firebase Cloud Messaging
Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) is used to deliver push notifications to your device.
For this purpose, the Application may process a device or Firebase Cloud Messaging registration token associated with your device.
FCM tokens are used for notification delivery and are not used by the Service Provider for unrelated purposes.

3. Google Sign-In
The Application allows users to sign in using Google Sign-In.
When you use Google Sign-In, Google may provide the Application with information necessary to authenticate your account, such as your email address and basic account information, depending on the permissions and configuration provided by Google.
The Application uses this information only for account authentication and related application functionality.
Google's handling of your information is governed by Google's Privacy Policy:

4. How We Use Information
The information processed by the Application may be used to:
Create and manage your account;
Authenticate you through Firebase Authentication and Google Sign-In;
Store and provide your test results and progress;

The Service Provider does not sell your personal information.

The Service Provider does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

To provide services through trusted third-party service providers such as Google Firebase;
When required by applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
When necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Service Provider, users, or other persons;
When necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or other unlawful activity.
Third-party service providers may process information according to their own privacy policies and applicable legal requirements.
6. Data Retention
The Service Provider retains account information and application data for as long as necessary to provide the Application's services and maintain your account.
Test results, progress, and other account-related information may remain associated with your account until you delete your account or request deletion of your data.
Certain information may be retained for a longer period when required by law, necessary to resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, or comply with legitimate legal obligations.
When information is no longer required, reasonable steps will be taken to delete or anonymize it.
7. Account and Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time.
If the Application provides an in-app account deletion option, you can use that option from your account or profile settings.

A deletion request may result in the deletion of:
Your Firebase Authentication account;
Your account information;
Your test results;
Your test progress and statistics;
Other personal information associated with your account.
Some information may be retained where required by applicable law or where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate legal purposes.
Uninstalling the Application does not automatically delete your account or previously stored server-side data.
8. Logout
The Application may provide a logout option in the user's profile or account section.
Logging out only signs the user out of the current session. Logging out does not delete the user's account or server-side data.
To permanently delete an account and associated personal information, users should use the account deletion functionality, where available, or contact the Service Provider at:

The Application may send push notifications using Firebase Cloud Messaging.
Notifications may be used for application-related information, reminders, updates, or other relevant functionality.
You can control notification permissions through your device settings. Disabling notifications may prevent you from receiving certain notifications from the Application.
10. Children's Privacy
The Application is not intentionally designed to collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If the Service Provider becomes aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been collected without appropriate authorization, reasonable steps will be taken to delete that information.

The Service Provider takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
However, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Therefore, while reasonable efforts are made to protect your information, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
12. International Data Processing
Because the Application uses third-party infrastructure and services provided by Google, information may be processed or stored on servers located in countries other than your country of residence.
Such processing is subject to the applicable privacy policies and terms of the relevant service providers.
